Cancellations within 24 hours I offer a one-time courtesy for last-minute cancellations — no fee, no stress. However, if short-notice cancellations become a recurring pattern, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply moving forward. No-shows Everyone receives one complimentary grace for a missed appointment. After that, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. I kindly ask that you communicate if you’re unable to attend so that I may offer the time to another guest. Refund policy All service sales are final.
